Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Searching for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney who is responsible for handling commercial acquisitions and sales, commercial financing, including conduit and capital markets financing, commercial (real estate and asset based) lending representing regional lenders, commercial leasing and land use. Must have 3+ years of sophisticated transactional experience, and will be able to take a leadership role in a diverse and active business and transactional practice group which is one of the largest in the upstate New York area.
Searching for an Attorney admitted 1-3 years with general knowledge of the foreclosure process. Court experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with general litigation including discovery drafting, motion drafting, and settlement conferences preferred. Qualities we are looking for – ability to provide high quality work in a high-volume, fast paced environment, confident communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
